I create an itemized budget document based on consultations with my client. This document serves as an estimation for the costs of the event, managing the budget, and prioritizing what items should be kept and what can be cut or modified.

I create a “countdown to event timeline” personalized for each event. This document serves as a “to do list” for myself and my client.

I connect with the place of worship to coordinate arrival times, photography and videography rules, floral arrangement deliveries, rehearsals, reservations of social halls, printed programs and more!

I help my clients with an exhaustive venue search, breaking down each venue's pros and cons so that my clients can choose the right venue for their event. I also act as a liaison between the client and the venue representative.

I consult on the menu and help my client choose the right menu for the event at the most appropriate cost. I attend menu consultations and tastings to guide my clients in the planning process, for this very important category.

I consult and assist my clients in selecting the appropriate vendors for the event and theme, and will negotiate and manage contracts as well.

I have a vast and experience background in all things audio visual. Whether it is staging, lighting, or screens consult with professional audio visual techs to get my clients the best options while working within our set budget I work with AV techs on space, electrical requirements and logistics for a smooth audiovisual presentation. I also have my own in-house videography department offering my clients videotaping and editing, along with fun, professional photo montages many times for a fraction of the cost of going elsewhere.

I help with the concept of the logo, as well as connect my clients with a graphic designer to create the logo. I also connect my clients with a designer for print materials such as programs, place cards, and weekend guides for out of town guests. Many times I am able to do some of the print materials in-house saving my clients money vs going to a graphic designer.
When it comes to invitations, I connect my clients with invitation consultants to create clever and affordable invitations. I consult on wording, layout, timing, mailing and postage options as well.

I consult with my clients on identifying their décor priorities. I negotiate décor contracts and manage décor vendors for every event. Taking your theme and color scheme, and bringing it all to life is the fun and easy part of the process!

I am on site hours prior to your event for set up. I direct vendors and troubleshoot issues that may arise. I adjust the lights, straighten the chairs, fluff the linens, and add that special touch to make the event sparkle leading up to the big reveal. I am at the event in its entirety, keeping the agenda flowing, checking on the food timing, consulting with waitstaff, bartenders, and vendors. I address guest needs and concerns. I don't leave until I have packed you in your car with gifts in hand, and I have checked the venue to be sure we have fulfilled all of our strike requirements. My packages always include one staff member to assist me throughout set up and tear down, and I have many wonderful staff members that can be added if your event is large and might need extra hands.
