- Final review of vendor contracts, confirm all load in times for vendors, electrical and space requirements
- Final walk through at the venue with celebrants and venue representative
- Connect with your place of worship and/or officiant for ceremony rules and guidelines
- Create event timeline, run the event the day of and keep all vendors and guests on schedule
- Point of contact for venue and vendors during event set up and during the event itself
- Manage guest seating, sign in books, and place cards
- Direct guests where to leave gifts and cards, secure them until your departure
