• Final review of vendor contracts, confirm all load in times for vendors, electrical and space requirements
  • Final walk through at the venue with celebrants and venue representative
  • Connect with your place of worship and/or officiant for ceremony rules and guidelines
  • Create event timeline, run the event the day of and keep all vendors and guests on schedule
  • Point of contact for venue and vendors during event set up and during the event itself
  • Manage guest seating, sign in books, and place cards
  • Direct guests where to leave gifts and cards, secure them until your departure
  • Manage guest needs, answer questions, give direction
  • Oversee the entire set up and tear down of your event
